To buy a proxy, first identify the application, protocol, location and purchase unit you need. Then review the exact order, follow its payment instructions, retrieve the issued endpoint and test it from the intended application. A low advertised unit price alone does not establish that a plan fits your setup.
Proxyca offers residential traffic packages and datacenter IP rental through its Telegram bot. These are different purchases: one buys a traffic allowance, while the other rents a quantity of IPs for a selected term. Check those units before comparing the totals.
Write down the application and the connection settings it accepts. Confirm the required proxy protocol, the available authentication fields and any location requirement. If the task needs an address to remain stable, ask how that requirement is handled by the actual product.
Separate a required country from a preferred city. A country option does not automatically reserve a city. Also distinguish your destination's rules from the application's connection capabilities. An application accepting a protocol does not mean a website must accept every request sent through it.
Keep the first order small enough to evaluate the connection you actually intend to use. Test results from a different application, endpoint or network may not answer the question you need resolved.
On a phone, swipe the table sideways to read every column.
| Proxyca product | Example purchase | What to review |
|---|---|---|
| Residential traffic | 1 GB for $8 | Traffic allowance, available options and connection settings |
| Residential bulk traffic | 250 GB for $1,250, equivalent to $5 per GB | The full $1,250 commitment and expected usage |
| Datacenter IP rental | One IP for 30 days at $2.50 | IP quantity, selected term and available country |
These amounts are in USD. Review the final invoice for the product, quantity and total you choose. A per-GB rate cannot be compared directly with a per-IP rental without considering your workload and the rental period.
The pricing page provides the current comparison. Check the package total rather than assuming the lowest displayed unit rate applies to the smallest order.
Open Proxyca through the official Telegram link on this site. Select the product and review the options offered for that order. Confirm the allowance or IP quantity, any applicable term, the available location and the amount due.
Before payment, check compatibility questions that would prevent you from using the endpoint. If the order does not state a requirement you depend on, contact support first. Do not infer IPv6, UDP, rotation timing, city reservation or support for a particular client from a general product name.
The standard policy does not provide refunds. If a purchased proxy does not work, report it within 48 hours of purchase to request a possible replacement after review. Read the refund and replacement policy before committing to the order.
Use the payment instructions shown for your selected order. Confirm the amount and any expiry displayed. If a cryptocurrency payment option is offered, verify the asset, network and destination address on that invoice before sending funds; a payment instruction from another order is not interchangeable.
Retain the order number and payment reference. Wait for the payment status to be confirmed before expecting issued connection details. If the status is unclear, send support that reference rather than creating repeated payments to guess which one will be credited.
Keep wallet secrets, account recovery codes and proxy passwords out of public support messages. An order reference and a clear description of the issue are more useful for tracing a payment than a screenshot containing unrelated private information.
After payment confirmation, open your issued proxies or connection settings in the bot. Keep the host, port, protocol and authentication details together. The proxy username and password are separate from the login you use for your browser application.
A gateway address and a destination-observed outgoing IP can be different things. Do not treat the endpoint text alone as a measurement of the exit address. Test an actual request after entering the settings.
For browser profiles, the application setup guides cover the different controls in AdsPower, Octo Browser and the other supported setup walkthroughs. Use the guide for the application you actually launch, not one with a merely similar-looking settings panel.
If a test fails, change one setting at a time and repeat the same request. A successful IP lookup does not establish universal website access. A failing destination also does not identify the proxy as the cause without further evidence.
Use the connection testing guide for more detailed checks. Keep credentials out of any report you share.
For a payment problem, provide the order and payment references. For a connection problem, also include the application, protocol, test time and exact error. State whether the built-in checker fails, the launched profile cannot connect, or only one destination returns an error.
For a non-working proxy, report the issue within the first 48 hours after purchase. Support will review whether a replacement can be offered. This is a request for review, not an automatic refund or a promise that every destination will accept a replacement IP.
Choose according to expected use and an actual connection test. A larger package can have a lower effective price while requiring a much larger total payment.
No. You still need to apply the issued endpoint in the intended application and verify a request from it. The product label does not configure another program for you.
Proxyca's standard policy does not provide refunds. Check compatibility and the order details before paying. The 48-hour replacement review concerns a non-working proxy, not a general cancellation option.
