What is my IP?

Your public IP, location and network — in one place.

About this check

Your browser contacts ipify for your IP and ipwho.is for approximate location and network data. This checks this browser’s connection.

Before and after

Check this browser, save the result as Before, connect your proxy and check again.

No baseline saved yet.

Before

Save a successful check.

After

Connect your proxy and check again.

Comparison stays in this tab until reset or reload. IP location is approximate.

Compare before and after

Check your IP, connect your browser proxy, then check again using the same browser profile.

Understanding your IP result

What does the public IP show?

The public IP is the address observed by the lookup service for this browser request. Check it from the browser profile where your proxy is configured. A proxy set only in another application does not change this browser's connection.

Before-and-after checks are useful when connecting a new profile. Record the first result, enable the proxy and repeat the check in the same profile. The result should be interpreted alongside your application's proxy settings.

How accurate are the location and provider fields?

Country, region and city are approximate IP-database information, not device GPS coordinates. Provider and ASN describe the network associated with the address. Different databases may report different city labels or update their records at different times.

If the IP is returned but location lookup fails, you can still use the IP result. Try the location lookup again later rather than treating missing city data as a failed connection.

How do I check a proxy rather than this browser?

Open the Proxy Checker and enter its host, port, protocol and credentials. That tool makes an HTTPS request through the supplied endpoint and reports the exit IP and request time. This page instead checks the connection used by your browser.

For an antidetect profile, follow the matching browser manual, run its built-in connection check and open this page inside that profile. Keep the connection details associated with the correct profile.

Does this check DNS or WebRTC?

No. This lookup reports the public IP observed for its request and approximate network information. DNS and WebRTC checks examine other connection behavior and need separate tests. An IP result is not a complete browser privacy audit.
