How to Set Up a Proxy in Aurorium Browser

Use the Proxy setting in an Aurorium Browser profile to add an issued endpoint, choose its protocol and run Check. Save the profile, then verify a browser request from that same profile.

Get your Proxyca connection details

Residential proxies

Buy a GB package. Open My proxies → Generate, choose quantity, country, city, protocol and rotation or sticky settings, then generate your connections.

Datacenter proxies

Open Static proxies, choose country, IP quantity and rental period, then pay. Open the issued order in My proxies.

Copy the host, port, username and password for one connection. The hostname:port:username:password format puts those four fields in that order. In a browser with separate fields, paste each value into its matching field and select the issued protocol.

Have the issued endpoint ready

Open the connection details supplied with your proxy order. Keep the host, port, protocol and any username and password together. Use the values for the same endpoint; do not combine a port from an example with credentials from an order.

A hostname is entered as issued. A port is a connection setting, not an IP address. When authentication is required, the proxy username and password are separate from your Aurorium Browser account login. Keep them out of screenshots you send to a public forum.

Replace No proxy in the profile configuration

  1. Open detailed profile creation or edit an existing profile. Give the profile a recognizable name and find Proxy; the documented default for a new profile is No proxy. Choose Your proxy to enter an external endpoint.
  2. Enter the issued proxy details. Aurorium documents ip:port:login:password and ip:port@login:password input formats.
  3. Choose the protocol matching the endpoint. Use Check to test its availability. Only enter an IP-change link when your product supplies one.
  4. Use Save profile in the right panel. From All profiles, start the profile you just saved and verify its connection with a request inside that window.

Menu labels can vary by version. These instructions follow the Aurorium proxy configuration documentation.

The developer screenshots use Russian UI labels: Без прокси = No proxy, Ваш прокси = Your proxy, Выбрать прокси = Choose proxy, Проверить = Check.

Distinguish quick creation from reviewed connection settings

Aurorium also provides quick profile creation without opening the detailed setup window. When the endpoint matters, inspect the saved profile before using it. A newly generated profile is not evidence that your external proxy credentials were applied.

An existing proxy can be chosen while creating or editing a profile. Keep its selected name alongside the profile name in your test notes, then compare the actual host and port with the issued endpoint. This is more reliable than assuming all profiles inherit the same connection.

The images show the developer’s documented interface. Example credentials or profile names in them are not a Proxyca endpoint; enter the details issued with your own order.

Verify the saved profile after Check

Use the built-in check as the first observation, then launch the saved profile. Open an IP lookup inside it and note the returned address, lookup service and time. Compare the result with the endpoint and product behavior you expected.

If the request fails, return to the saved values before changing several profile settings together. Check that the profile you launched is the one you edited. A different profile, a pasted field error and an inactive order are different questions to investigate.

If the lookup works but the intended website does not, keep the destination response separately. A configured proxy does not itself supply account permission or explain every challenge returned by a website. Send support the observable error rather than an assumed cause.

The public IP tool checks the request from the browser window where you open it. It does not test an endpoint configured only in another application.

If the first attempt fails

Change one setting at a time and repeat the same request. Start with typing or paste errors, the selected protocol, and the active order. When an import string parses unexpectedly, inspect its fields rather than repeatedly pasting the whole value.

For an HTTP proxy response of 407, investigate proxy authentication. A different destination error needs its own diagnosis; a failing page alone does not identify which component rejected the request. See the connection testing guide for a fuller sequence.

To troubleshoot the connection, record the order number, application version, endpoint host and port, selected protocol, test time and exact error. Redact passwords and tokens. State whether the failure happens in the checker, the launched profile or only one destination.

Aurorium Browser proxy questions

Where do I save the configured profile?

Aurorium’s profile documentation places Save profile in the right panel. After saving, select the intended profile from All profiles to launch it.

Does quick creation prove my external proxy was selected?

No. Inspect the profile’s Proxy setting and the actual endpoint before relying on the connection.

Does an IP-change field mean every product rotates?

No. Use an actual change-IP link issued for the specific product. The presence of an application field is not a supplier capability guarantee.

Choose a product for your connection requirements

Compare the available plans by billing unit, required location and application compatibility. A successful proxy connection is not a guarantee that a website will accept an account or request. Use the service within the destination’s rules and your authorization.

All application setup guides include the existing AdsPower walkthrough. For current interface details, also see Aurorium profile creation and launch documentation.

Choose a proxy for your browser profiles

Use residential traffic for country and city settings, rotation or sticky sessions. Start with 1 GB for $8, then generate connections in Telegram. Choose datacenter rental when your profile needs a static rented IP: from $2.50 per IP for 30 days.
